Individual employment agreement for a definite period is an employment agreement, concluded between an executive and his employer. This agreement may regulate certain rights, obligations and responsibilities differently from those regulated in the Employment Relations Act or in the collective agreement binding the employer. Above all, it can include different regulations and limitations for a definite period employment, since usually such a position is tied to a mandate. It can also differentely regulate working hours, breaks and rest, payment of work, disciplinary responsibilities and termination of the agreement. An agreement for a definite period longer than two years can be concluded and the leading worker can also be entitled to bonuses that do not belong to the other workers employed at the employer.
